Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Master data creation& updation in SAP for customer master, vendor master and material master(FG, SFG & BOP parts)
- Adjustment of inventory variance in SAP
- Account receivable- sales view upload in SAP, customer invoice cretion, collection booking, Debit note/ credit note preparation.
- Account payable- Vendor bill booking, clearing of GRIR/ SRIR & payment booking.
- Inventory aging, updation of HSN code for material master.
- Month end activity- MIS preparation, prepaid & provision booking.
