Role and Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the accounting records, Treasury and GL
  management. 
•  Financial reporting and general ledger structure. 
•  Good knowledge of Statutory compliances
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. 
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. 
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions. 
• Coordination with Client for closure of month end and MIS reporting. 
• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 
• Support bookkeeping and tax services, as well as special projects to our clients and provide internal accounting solutions as needed. 
• Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. 
• Responsible for timely closure of GL reconciliations.
