Statutory Audit - Senior Executive

Responsibilities : -

• Audit practice to execute- Statutory Audit / Indian GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP accounting services Handling Major Audit Engagements including Listed Clients with less supervision which includes.
• Planning the Engagement by setting budgets & cost estimation to execute a project
• To be updated with all the amendments to the applicable laws including Internal Financial Control over Financial Reporting
• Verification of Financial Statement & Consolidation Working
• Tax Audit to be performed with all the amendments as per Income Tax Law
• Well verse with Ind-AS, Accounting Standards, CARO 2016, Schedule III, Schedule II, Companies Act 2013
• Working on special assignments like Due Diligence, Limited Review, IFRS, Corporate Governance etc.

Desired profile of the candidate : -

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills
• Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions
• Have strong soft skills like leadership, interpersonal, team and communication skills both verbal and written.

Qualification : -

• Chartered Accountant/ Semi qualified Chartered Acocuntant
