Role & responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy Development: Partner with client management teams to create and execute long-term financial strategies. Provide guidance on cost management, revenue optimization, and financial decision-making.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and tax filings. Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal teams for audits and regulatory filings.
3. Tax Advisory & Optimization: Provide tax planning advice, ensuring clients take advantage of all applicable tax benefits. Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate, timely tax filings and minimize tax liabilities.
4. Process Optimization & Automation: Recommend and implement financial systems, processes, and automation tools to improve efficiency. Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions like accounting software, ERP systems, etc.
5. Industry-Specific Financial Insights: Tailor financial strategies and recommendations based on the unique requirements of different industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, IT, healthcare, real estate).
Provide specialized advice on industry regulations and financial best practices.
6. Stakeholder Communication & MIS Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, performance reviews, and strategy updates to stakeholders, including business owners, board members, and investors.
