Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable (Quality Assurance)

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced GL Reconciliation (Accounts Payable) Reviewer to oversee and ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely resolution of accounts payable reconciliations in SAP and Blackline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both accounts payable processes and reconciliation practices, along with a keen eye for identifying gaps and ensuring adequate follow-ups and stakeholder communication. 

What will you do:

GL Reconciliation Review:

• Conduct thorough reviews of GL Reconciliation (Accounts Payable) in SAP and Blackline, ensuring compliance with established criteria and procedures. 

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Actively participate in meetings with key stakeholders to discuss and resolve open items. 

End-to-end Accounts Payable:

• Excellent understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and GL Reconciliation cycle and its dependencies. 
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable reconciliation processes and quality assurance practices. 
• Experience in Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, dispute resolution, troubleshooting, and payments. 

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP and Blackline is strongly preferred. 
• Excellent understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and GL Reconciliation cycle and its dependencies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions. 
• Experience in Payable and Reconciliation Quality Assurance will be an advantage. 

Experience:

• 9-11 Years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (GL Reconciliation QA). 

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA or equivalent (CMA/CPA/ICWA/ACCA) 

Shift Timings and Working Days:

• 12:30 PM 10:00 PM 
• 5 days' work from office
