Project Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad (on site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and liaising with onshore teams. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and prior experience as a Scrum Master is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

• Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and project progress.

• Implement and manage project scope, objectives, and timelines.

• Utilize Agile methodologies and act as a Scrum Master to drive sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Track project performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, preferably within an IT environment.

• Proven ability to manage IT teams and deliver projects successfully.

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and onshore teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience working in a global IT environment.
