Head - Fund Raising (12-17 yrs)

Job Title: Head of Fund Raise

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 12 to 16 years

Background to client and role:

- Our client is a leading name in the Logistics and Transportation space backed by a well known Indian business house.

- Reporting to the CFO, the role leads all efforts in securing capital and driving strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential equity and debt investors, both domestic and international.

- Manage investor due diligence processes and negotiate optimal deal terms.

- Close fund raising rounds successfully and manage investor relations.

- Develop comprehensive financial models, information memorandums, and detailed project reports to support fund raising efforts

- Conduct in-depth market and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to fast track funding.

- Identify and mitigate strategic risks to protect the company's interests

- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Experience & Education:

- 12 to 16 years of post qualification experience

- Strong experience in debt and equity fundraising

- Chartered Accountant or an MBA in Finance
