Vice President - Delivery Operations - Analytics Consulting Firm (18-24 yrs)

- We are looking for senior leader in Operations with a fastest growing Analytics Consulting organisation headquartered in Bangalore.

- The candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery operations team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to the key clients of the company.

- The candidate will bring strong operational expertise,excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive transformational change and work with the CEO of the organisation on a daily basis.

Requirements:

- 18-20+ years of experience in delivery operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale operations teams (Atleast 500+ team members,ability or experience in scaling teams from 1K to 5K)

- Experience in the technology services industry, with a focus on software development, IT consulting, or managed services.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA degree from an accredited college preferred.

- Strong project operational expertise, with experience in process improvement, project management, Service delivery and team leadership.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Experience with industry-standard project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability

- Strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Good to have - Certification in project management, such as PM
