About the team:

In today s highly competitive private equity market, firms must not only deliver superior returns, but also respond to more stringent reporting requirements and increasing demands for information - both from within and outside their organization. Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.

What you will be doing:

Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.

Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.

Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.

Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.

Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software.

What you bring:

At least 7-11 years in experience in Application Support and Production support

Good experience Java, Unix,Shell Application Support with Azure

Exposure in Support and Monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace

Experience in Troubleshooting Incident Triaging, Log analysis, Platform Stability

Exposure in Incident, Change Management

Exposure in Control M or Batch job process

Added Bonus if you have:

Knowledge in Splunk would be added advantage.

Knowledge in troubleshooting Java/J2EE application related issues.

Knowledge of FIS products and services

Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization

Knowledge of financial services industry
