Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Prepare interview schedules, send reminders to candidates, and coordinate logistics for on-site or virtual interviews.
  
• Follow up with candidates after interviews to ensure they are satisfied with the process.
