As a Recruiter specializing in the BFSI sector, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Providing regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and candidate progress.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the BFSI sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
