Job Title: US Technical Recruiter

Location: On-site at Mohali, Chandigarh

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST)

Job Description:

- Source and recruit qualified candidates for US-based technical roles

- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

- Maintain candidate database and ensure all recruitment processes are documented

- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices in the US market

- Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines

We are looking for candidates who have strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in IT or technical recruiting will be a plus but is not mandatory.
