Position: HR Recruiter Intern
Location: Fidel Softech Ltd, Marisoft Tech Park, Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Duration: 1 year
Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead

This internship is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources, with exposure to various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions across different departments.
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and job specifications for various roles.
• Maintain and update candidate database to ensure accurate tracking of applicants.
• Support the coordination of recruitment events, including job fairs and networking activities.
• Help with onboarding documentation and support new employee orientation.
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with HR team members to enhance recruitment strategies and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in recruitment or HR (preferred, but not required).
