About the Role :

We are seeking passionate and innovative Product Designers to create exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities :

- Create intuitive and user-centric designs from conceptualization to delivery.

- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Translate user research, analytics, and business needs into actionable design solutions.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including user researchers, product managers, and engineers.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

- Maintain consistency with established design principles and brand guidelines.

- Innovate new design patterns to improve usability and aesthetic appeal.

- Deliver highly functional and visually appealing user interfaces to elevate product adoption.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs) :

- Deliver on-time, high-quality design assets supporting the product roadmap.

- Conduct user-centric research to understand pain points and uncover opportunities.

- Implement data-driven design solutions to optimize user engagement and retention.

- Actively contribute to team discussions with design rationale and strategic insights.

Required Skillsets :

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, visual design aesthetics, and usability.

- Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to synthesize data from user research, testing, and analytics into meaningful designs.

- Familiarity with responsive design and design systems.

- Understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.

- Attention to detail and an eye for clean, functional, and modern design.

Preferred Qualifications :

- A portfolio showcasing user-centric design work and a strong process-oriented approach.

- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
