About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to help build scalable, secure, and user-centric fintech solutions.

This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying high-performance backend systems for our cutting-edge financial services platform.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs to support application functionality.

- Architect scalable, reliable, and secure systems to handle high transactional volumes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, product management, and QA, to deliver impactful features.

- Implement robust algorithms and optimize system performance for scalability.

- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems to ensure high availability.

- Continuously learn and implement modern technologies to enhance system efficiency.

Required Skillsets :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Golang.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with distributed systems, parallel processing, and scalable backend platforms.

- Solid grasp of application security principles and incident management.

Preferred Experience :

- Exposure to DevOps practices, containerization (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Familiarity with database management, both SQL and NoSQL.
