Product Designer - Sketch/InVision (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

What You'll do :

- Working in coordination with product managers and engineers to develop interactive designs for mobile and desktop designs and continuously find ways to enhance his/her own designs and implementation.

- Lead and evangelize best user-interface design practices, which create exceptional user experience

- Understand customer behavior, psychology, business drivers and objectives, and translate them into efficient UI design

- Have an understanding of UX design, user flow, prototypes and wire framing

- Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices for mobile and web applications

- Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts, mockups and interactive prototypes

- Think conceptually - applying a user-centered approach to requirements and inter dependencies - to develop engaging interfaces.

- Make design decisions based on good judgement, experience, research and data.
