Lead UX/UI Designer - Figma/Sketch (7-10 yrs)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user experience and interface design, specifically within the omni-commerce and e-commerce sectors. You will lead design initiatives, create exceptional user experiences, and drive design strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Design Projects : Oversee the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

- User Research & Testing : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring user needs and behaviors are prioritized.

- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and align on project goals.

- Create Design Artifacts : Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Establish Design Standards : Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

- Mentor Team Members : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

- Stay Current with Trends : Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continually enhance the design process.

Required Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Experience : 7+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly in the omni-commerce or e-commerce industry.

- Design Tools Proficiency : Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

- User-Centered Design : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
