KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Validate assigned payroll queries to ensure payroll data is accurate before payroll processing.
- Monitor payroll cycle statistics to determine process improvements.
- QA of all the pay-related reports before disbursement.
- Participate in pay cycle meetings to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Provide support and participate in payrolls processed by the India team as appropriate Prepare and maintain company salary structure.
- Responsible for implementing a robust payroll process.
- Leave & attendance management system.
- Ensure all inputs for salary are incorporated after validation and checks Tax Computation of staff.
- Correctly Computing components of payroll such as incentives or one-time payments.
- Ensure salary credits are done on the one time.
- Supervision of Statutory payments like PF, ESIC, Prof. Tax, etc.
- Compliance Audit.
- Checking of Variance in payroll and ensuring the correction of the same.
- Payroll reconciliation.
- Deal with payroll queries of employees.
- Responsible for yearly payments of bonus and leave encashment.
- Responsible for full and final settlements, payments of gratuity, etc.
- Responsible for the timely submission of payroll provisions to the accounts department.
SKILL SETS REQUIRED.
- 6-10 years experience with payroll in an integrated environment.
- Familiarity with payroll software/ HRMS and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
- Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced environment.
- Handle critical situations and pressure.
- Results and action-oriented to achieve quality results in extremely. tight timeframes.
- Must have initiative, be a self-starter, fast learner, and team player.
- Willingness to learn.
