Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for development of New Business Channel for our quick commerce and marketplace platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations , performance management & business development within the e commerce or quick commerce industry, with a proven track record of driving engagement, running different campaigns, and revenue growth through these channels.
Responsibilities - Help with revenue targets to sell advertisement products like in-app positions, banners, and listings that helped brands gain visibility. Also accountable for enhancing the participation of maximum brands of the portfolio on various marketing campaigns that are deemed fit to the cuisine, menu prices, and unique offerings.
- New Products launches via CMS for all brands in different platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, magicpin, Amazon & Eatsure app etc.
- Tracking all the sales reports to be prepared on time for all Brands.
- New kitchen & brand launch on its own platform as well as different platforms.
- Working on the order rejection through the panel and analyzing the rejection growth.
- Find low-performance products/brands and take action accordingly.
- ON_OFF Products and inventory data analysis.
- Co-ordination with Third Party teams to discuss the issues & Onboarding of outlets. Maintaining products & collection tracker.
- Build relationships with the Brand manager, Area Managers, Zonal Manager, IFC, Supply chain, and 3rd party vendors.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Clarity of Thought (Sequential/logical presentation in explaining a subject matter).
- Adaptability/Flexibility to change (New ideas/ new concepts).
- Creativity (Initiatives for change/ new ideas).
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to make decisions backed up by data and metrics.
- Acumen to guide business goals through roadmaps and define new product features and strategies.
- Attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing for priorities simultaneously.
- Positive, pro-active attitude with a willingness to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment.
