Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent from various sources, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external ones (candidates).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent salary negotiation skills with ability to manage candidate expectations effectively.
  
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through effective sourcing strategies.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• 5-7 years of experience in headhunting or senior recruitment role within the hospital industry.
