Financial Counsellor - Manager

Provide direct care to patients based on evidence-based practices, maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards through continuous education and development. He/ She will maintain high standards of professionalism as outlined in the code of Fernandez Foundation professional conduct.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to give Financial Counselling for OP Patients, IP Patients, Walk in Patients, Outside Consultants, HIV Patients, Referral Patients, and BOH & Non affordable Patients.
• Answering inquiry calls for financial counselling from various units/dept.
• Monitoring and training the Billing and IP Staff related to financial counselling and making tariffs for new procedures.
• Checking the IP billing every day and following up patients with a long stay and IP advances.
• Solving Grievances of IP Patients.
• Handling patient queries and complaints in coordination with Customer Care and answering the patients feedback forms whenever required.
• Checking the ANC Case sheets for admissions.
