Job Description
* Ideal candidate must be from the Recruitment, Staffing, or IT Consulting industry, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing.
* Must have Client facing capabilities and directly interact with clients to gather new requirements, and follow up on Submittals, interviews, and placements.
* Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales.
* Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients
* Good Experience in managing MSP / VMS & Implementation Partners like (UST, CTS, HCL, Infosys, TechM, and Mpahsis) is required.
* Any experience with Technical background in Management studies would be an added advantage.
* Must have good communication (Written & oral), team building, Leadership, and presentation skills.
* Occasional travel to client locations would be required.
