We are an IT service-based company seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be recruitment, with additional HR duties as required. Your role overlaps with all the employees of the company and you also need to set up a culture in the company. So communication skills and analytic skills are required to handle the employees grievance.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).
Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills and qualifications.
Coordinate with the Team leader to identify staffing needs.
Onboard new employees and conduct an induction program for the new employees.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Set up and maintain company culture.
Do team building and employee growth and development activity.
Keep tracking of employee performance and give training courses with the help of team lead.
Keep record of employee s leave.
Arrange activities to increase employee s productivity.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR systems.
Negotiation skills and Strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting for technical roles
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is a plus
Strong command of English language is a plus
