Job Description
- Develop job descriptions & posting on various platforms such as job portals & social media
- Making new strategies & execute them to find quality candidates
- Screen resumes, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation & managing candidates throughout the interview process
- Maintain a database of candidates records, including active & passive candidates, current employees & other candidates
- Work closely with management & employees to improve work relationships, environment & increase productivity
- Should be able to handle multiple requirements & ready to work in fast paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation & conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism
- Handling initial round of discussion in order to judge candidate s suitability
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Proven ability to meet deadline
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
