Job Description

Federal soft systems team is looking for a seasoned Manager who can expand our North American business footprint in consulting and Staffing services. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in generating new logos and account mining from existing clients. H1/B1 Visa can be processed for the right candidates.


Position: Senior Manager / Associate Director

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Remote


Job Description:

  • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
  • Maintain regular communication with new clients to identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to deployment
  • Execute strategies, client communication touchpoints, and campaigns to exceed assigned goals.
  • Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new businesses.
  • Must be able to develop vendor RFP, RFQ, RFI, and SOW proposals.
  • Must have hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads using LinkedIn, or similar social media tools.


What we are Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Recruitment or staffing industry with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in staffing business development or client management in the US market.
  • Must have working experience with Tier-1 Partners or direct Clients.
  • Must have a consistent track record of placements and must have generated $1 million of business YoY.
  • Must be aggressive and target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
  • Experience working with large teams and managing a team of recruiters would be helpful.
  • Positive CAN-DO attitude with a competitive spirit.
  • Good knowledge of Contract, contract -hire and permanent roles in IT
  • Proven relationship and people management skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
