Senior Manager - Finance, Accounting & Taxation

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Finance, Accounting & Taxation to lead our finance operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial transactions. The role involves overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and taxation functions, while driving team performance and supporting strategic financial planning in the dynamic real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance & Accounting Operations:
   
• Supervise and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic cash flow statements.
2. Taxation & Compliance:
   
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and maintain compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for audits and assessments.
3. Team Management:
   
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Allocate responsibilities and ensure high team productivity.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
4. Financial Reporting:
   
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis and financial metrics.
• Support management in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
5. Process Improvement:
   
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure robust internal controls are in place to mitigate financial risks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
6. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with project and sales teams to support operational goals.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and taxation processes.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
