 Job Role 
  • Drive Performance for the team members.

    Candidate with a minimum bachelor's degree in finance or with an MBA in Finance or equivalent.

  •  Key Responsibilities :
  • Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion.
  • Managing the team to achieve the departmental goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and resolve problems.
  • Lead conference calls with Lines of Business and other stakeholders.
  • Analysis- Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful information for decision-making.

  • Audit support - Support SOX, External and Internal

    The ideal candidate primarily is responsible for the seamless functioning of day-to-day operational activities, by m anaging team KPI and team performance through effective coaching. To do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and stakeholder feedback into the training of employees.In this role, the candidate plays an instrumental role in motivating each team member, guiding, monitoring their performance and implementing corrective actions as required.
