Candidate with a minimum bachelor's degree in finance or with an MBA in Finance or equivalent.

To do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and stakeholder feedback into the training of employees.In this role, the candidate plays an instrumental role in motivating each team member, guiding, monitoring their performance and implementing corrective actions as required.
