Job Description – BDM Head / Senior Manager (B2B Sales)
Location: Pune
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Director
Experience Required: 10+ years in B2B sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or allied industries)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – B2B Sales with expertise in the furniture industry to drive sales growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand our corporate and institutional customer base. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales Strategy
    • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Identify and target corporate clients, architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and hospitality businesses.
    • Expand business in key segments such as offices, hospitality, co-working spaces, and educational institutions.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
    • Understand client needs, provide customized furniture solutions, and negotiate contracts.
    • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase products.
  • Sales Team Leadership & Performance
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
    • Set performance metrics and track team progress through sales reports and CRM tools.
    • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
    • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and positioning.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with design and production teams for custom furniture solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with corporate clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of furniture materials, design trends, and space planning is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
