The Client Experience team plays a pivotal role in collaborating with business development and account managers throughout the client s journey. As one of the most substantial divisions at FE fundinfo, the Client Experience department is tasked with the effective execution of projects within the company s portfolio. Encompassing client support, data support, GFRS, managed services and the client success team, our objective is to provide unparalleled client service. The function of Client Experience is to guarantee that our clients receive the utmost value and satisfaction from our products and services.

As a Project Quality Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the locally based Project Quality team within the Client Delivery Team. The Project Quality Specialist will share knowledge and experience within the team to ensure that the team follows best practices and provide advice where needed.

As a Project Quality Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the Test Phases within projects that are being tested by your Test Team direct reports; thereby ensuring that the client is provided the highest quality assurance.

The role will also form part of an operating model for existing services provided to clients. As a Project Quality Specialist you will have a strong test management knowledge and will be able to provide support to other Project Quality Specialists to ensure the highest quality in Integration and System Testing.

Your key responsibilities as a Project Quality Specialist will be to:

  • Communicate escalations to manager where appropriate.
  • Nurture an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Continuously develop and optimise team processes to improve overall performance.
  • Assist with the preparation of project test plans that outlines the test objectives, schedule, deliverables, test environment setup. It serves as a blueprint for the testing activities and ensures that the team follows a structured approach.
  • Collaborate with the test team and project team to create test scenarios and cases that cover all the possible functionalities and requirements of the configured application. They ensure that the test cases are comprehensive and effective and adhere to the test strategy.
  • Review test artefacts, such as test cases, test scripts and test data, to ensure their quality, consistency and adherence to the test strategy and plan.
  • Consolidate and analyse the findings and prepare comprehensive test reports. These reports highlight the defects found, their severity and the overall quality of the configured application.
  • Track and manage defects using a defect tracking system, liaising with developers to resolve defects promptly.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the testing process, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality and efficiency of the testing activities.
  • To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy

To join us as a Project Quality Specialist you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 years experience with test management or similar
  • Ability to work with data effectively to ensure quality testing
  • Experience with project processes and procedures
  • Experience with analysing and compiling data for reporting purposes
  • Good technical knowledge/background
