Billing Executive

Responsible and accountable for all commercial activities related to allocated projects.

• Ensuring timely registration of contracts & PO in system.
• AR generation - Generation of error free and timely customer bills and submission to customer.
• AP generation - Ensuring error free and timely booking of vendor invoices in system.
• Open item management for related projects.
• Ensuring adequate month end closing activities Ensuring correct revenue and cost is booked related

to allocated projects.

• Ensuring relevant provisions are booked (revenue & cost), wherever required.
• Preparation and circulation of MIS / Dashboard as required by management.
• All stakeholder management for related projects.

Key Skill Set:

• Minimum experience of 5 years in commercial / finance department.
• Working experience in SAP.
• Attitude of good team worker.
• Rigor to produce output by analysing the crisis situation and finding out solution.
• Ability to find innovative solutions to existing problems.
• Good co-ordination and follow up skill set.

• Independently closing the assigned task.

Preferred Experience Level :-

• Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Preferred qualification: CA (Inter) + MBA Finance.
