Sr. Instructional Designer

Role & responsibilities :

• Developing ID Strategies.
• Creating storyboards and Content outline.
• Content structuring & re-modeling and scripting.
• Design interactive courses using Articulate Storyline or possess a strong working knowledge of Storyline
• Must have good experience of working with SMEs
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design models, theories, taxonomies
• Should be well versed in learning/training development life cycle
• Should have good creative and visualization skills
• Must have excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities to incorporate new technology into client learning toolset.Role & responsibilities
