Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Recruitment Incharge/Team Lead to lead our recruitment efforts in the healthcare sector. This role involves overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing a team, and ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
• Forecast staffing needs in collaboration with department heads.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective delivery of hiring targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to up skill team members and keep them updated on industry trends.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and specifications.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment.
• Build a strong employer brand to attract top medical talent.
• Partner with department heads and HR to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to senior management.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement innovative recruitment tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare recruitment regulations and organizational policies.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, job roles, and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
