Job Title: Technical Recruiter, US Staffing (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT requirements for US-based clients, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates/consultants.
• Analyze client requirements to understand IT resource needs and provide effective solutions.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including company databases, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Edit and format resumes for consistency, ensuring they meet visual and technical standards before submission to clients.
• Build and maintain strong candidate and vendor relations, providing regular updates on submission progress.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, closures, paperwork, and onboarding.

Work Timings:
US CST Hours: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday) - 5 days working
