Job Description
We are looking for Inside Sales Executive with minimum of 2+ years you should be a persuasive communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? If you have experience in outbound sales and are eager to connect with clients in the US market, this is your opportunity to shine.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US market to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Engage with prospects professionally and persuasively to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build strong client relationships by maintaining regular follow-ups and providing excellent customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client preferences to position products effectively and services.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2 years in outbound sales, tele sales, or call center roles focused on US markets.
- Experience in achieving sales targets in high-pressure environments.
- Background in call center operations, credit card sales, cross-selling, or upselling is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances in the US to tailor communication effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and handle objections effectively.
- Strong persuasive skills and a goal-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools and maintaining sales records.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
