Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US market to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.

Requirements

2-5 years in outbound sales, tele sales, or call center roles focused on US markets.
Experience in achieving sales targets in high-pressure environments.
Background in call center operations, credit card sales, cross-selling, or upselling is highly preferred.
Knowledge of cultural nuances in the US to tailor communication effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and handle objections effectively.
Strong persuasive skills and a goal-oriented approach.
Familiarity with using CRM tools and maintaining sales records.
Willingness to work during US business hours.
