Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to drive sales growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients' needs and pain points.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to stay up-to-date on company offerings and promotions.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in inside sales or a related field (B2B/B2C).
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads through outbound sales efforts.
  
• Strong understanding of CRM software (HubSpot) and ability to leverage it effectively for lead management.
  

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone/email conversations.
