2-4 years of relevant experience in Banks or NBFCs in Digital Lending

Oversee the end-to-end management of lending partnerships

Establish and monitor key performance indicators, regularly reporting on the success and challenges of lending partnerships, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the Fintech and lending space.
