About Flexmony :

Flexmoney s mission is to Democratize and Simplify Consumer Finance . Our best-in-class embedded digital finance platform enables any retailer, e-commerce merchant or other commerce partner to offer the widest range of embedded, frictionless instant digital affordability options from multiple trusted lenders across all customer touch points. We work with trusted lending partners (Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs) to develop and offer regulator compliant, instant digital credit products embedded in consumer journeys.

Flexmoney was instrumental in helping define and establish the Cardless EMI category and payment checkout option with lenders and online merchants in the Indian market, enabling lenders to offer a completely digital transacting credit instrument to pre-approved users without the need for a credit card relationship. Our Cardless EMI platform powers this payment option at over 65,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc) and has enabled our lending partners (such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank ICICI Bank amongst others) to rapidly issue over 45 MM+ Cardless EMI transacting credit lines to their existing customers.

The next phase of Flexmoney s growth is to expand beyond online Cardless EMI payments. To that end we are developing a new digital Universal Affordability Platform that enables omni-channel, seamless multi-lender 360 embedded finance and associated services across every potential commerce channel and customer touch point (online, in-store/in-branch, tele-sales and agent assisted sales) as well as tailored credit products and deep vertical solutions for multiple finance-led aspirational commerce segments (such as Edtech, Travel, Home Furniture, Insurance, Mobiles, Home Appliances, Health Wellness amongst others).

Job Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic NTB Lender Relations Partnerships to lead the development and execution of lender relationships, product integrations, and credit policy creation within the New to Bank (NTB) lending space. This role is designed for someone with a strong background in the NTB lenders market, particularly in managing end-to-end integrations, co-creating credit policies, and overseeing the operational fulfilment journeys in an assisted marketplace environment. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the lenders responsibilities (both direct and indirect), as well as the ability to drive efficient execution

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lender Acquisition Relationship Management

Acquire new NTB lenders (including banks, financial institutions, FinTechs, and other lending partners) by identifying strategic partnership opportunities that align with company s goals.

  • Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with NTB lenders, ensuring both parties are aligned on business objectives, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between NTB lenders and the company, coordinating efforts to optimize product offerings, streamline processes, and drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with new and existing lenders to develop tailored products and services that cater to the marketplace s NTB customer base.

  • Product Policy Co-Creation:
  • Work closely with NTB lenders to co-create and optimize credit products and lending policies that address the unique needs of marketplace customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that products are scalable, meet compliance standards, and are competitive within the market.
  • Ensure that credit policies are well understood and effectively communicated across the organization and lenders.
  • End-to-End Integration Oversight:
  • Manage and optimize the integration of NTB lenders systems and processes with the marketplace s fulfilment journey.
  • Oversee the smooth flow of applications, loan approval, disbursement, and repayment processes, ensuring minimal friction for customers and lenders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the technical and operational aspects of integrations, ensuring quick and error-free deployments.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Focus on optimizing the operational processes involved in NTB lending and identifying new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in fulfilment journeys and collaborate with lenders to implement solutions.
  • Compliance Regulatory Oversight:
  • Ensure that all lending activities with NTB partners are fully compliant with industry regulations and standards.
  • Stay up to date with evolving regulations in the NTB lending space, ensuring that lender integrations and policies remain compliant at all times.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in NTB lending regulations and ensure that lending practices align with legal and industry norms.
  • Performance Monitoring Reporting:
  • Monitor the performance of NTB lending integrations, tracking key metrics such as loan approval rates etc.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for enhancing lender relationships, product offerings, and fulfillment processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of NTB lending products within the marketplace ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic input into new product development, customer journey design, and marketplace strategies.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of lender and marketplace performance.

Qualifications Experience:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working in the NTB lending market, with a focus on lender relationship management, product development, and operational integration.
  • Proven experience co-creating credit products and policies in collaboration with NTB lenders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end integrations and optimizing operational efficiency for NTB lending fulfilment processes.
  • Skills Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of NTB lender fulfilment processes, including loan origination, credit underwriting, and repayment structures.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Familiarity with digital lending technologies, APIs, and integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations governing NTB lending and marketplace activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Educational Qualifications:

o Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

o Relevant certifications in lending, finance, or operations management are a plus.
