Sr Product Manager, Gift Cards

Shape the future of digital gifting in India by leading product strategy and innovation for our payments platform. In this role, you will drive initiatives that impact millions of customers, collaborate with global teams, and create seamless payment experiences. This position offers significant scope to influence product direction in the growing fintech space while working with teams across multiple geographies.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for gift card solutions
- Lead end-to-end product development from conception through launch and optimization
- Build business cases and analyze market opportunities to drive category growth
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop innovative payment solutions
- Establish metrics and track performance to drive continuous improvement
- Create and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders

A day in the life
Your day might begin with analyzing performance metrics and customer feedback trends. Youll collaborate with UX designers on new features, review technical specifications with engineers, and participate in strategic planning sessions with global stakeholders. Youll spend time synthesizing market research, defining product requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to drive execution.

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Intermediate to advanced SQL and Excel skills. Exposure to GenAI capabilities.
