Position Overview: The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns that promote the Faxoc Jobs Portal and HRMS solutions. This role demands a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of the HR landscape, capable of generating interest and nurturing leads through the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Development: Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, webinars) to drive engagement for both the Jobs Portal and HRMS products.

- Lead Generation: Utilize both inbound and outbound strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into opportunities for the sales team.

- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging resources, including blog posts, ebooks, webinars, and case studies that highlight the benefits of our solutions.

- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Market Insights: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the HR and recruitment space.
