Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Create and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, segmentation, and analysis.
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized digital marketing projects.
Website Management:
- Oversee day-to-day management of the company's website, ensuring it is functional, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance website features, user experience (UX), and functionality.
- Monitor website performance and user behaviour using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure website content is optimized for search engines and adheres to best practices for SEO.
- Manage website content updates, including blog posts, landing pages, and product information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues or technical problems.
Digital Agency Handling:
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, including overseeing project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
- Review and approve agency-generated reports, strategies, and campaigns.
- Evaluate agency performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external digital marketing partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Netcore, Valuefy) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing credentials.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
