Senior Social Media Strategist (5-9 yrs)

Position Summary :

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Strategist, who will play an important role in developing and managing the social media/digital strategy for our clients. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, as well as a passion for brand storytelling and digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible in aligning the brand's social media/digital presence with its overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, lead the creation and curation of high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Being up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure integrated campaigns and messaging.

- Manage social media budgets and track ROI.

- Oversee the work of junior social media team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Excellent writing and communication skills.

- Creative and innovative mindset.

- Analytical skills to measure and analyze campaign performance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with social media management tools

- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software.

- Experience in paid social media advertising.
