Department : Lending Operations.

Reports To : HOD Operation.

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our Lending Post Disbursement Operations.

- This role will focus on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of post-disbursement processes, including loan servicing and compliance.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lending operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:.

Leadership and Management.

- Lead and manage the post-disbursement operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce turnaround times.

Operations Oversight.

- Oversee the loan servicing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Monitor and manage loan repayment processes, including billing, Repayments ,NACH presentation and Reconciliation.

Process Improvement.

- Analyse existing post-disbursement processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency.

- Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring timely and effective customer support.

Client Relationship Management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, addressing any post-disbursement inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

Compliance and Risk Management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to lending and post-disbursement operations.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of post-disbursement processes to identify risks and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:.

Education:.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in lending operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

- Proven experience in post-disbursement processes, loan servicing, and compliance.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in lending systems, CRM software, and data analytics tools.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to lending and loan servicing.
