Key Responsibilities:

- Manage partner relationships by ensuring smooth communication between partner and team and resolving issues raised by either side

- Build new features for credit, working closely with product and tech team, that drive improvements in efficiency and increased customer satisfaction

- Design and launch new credit products working closely with other teams ensuring smooth launch and clear communication

- Single point of contact for all teams across to resolve credit issues and dependencies

- Work with operations team to resolve their issues and ensure we are hitting all our key metric

- Weekly reporting of all key metric (targeted vs. achieved) and detailed analysis of key issues raised by team management

- Collaborate with technology team for speedy resolution of any tech issues reported by customer of internal teams

- Resolve any other issues that relate to the credit function
