As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficient operations within the hospitality industry. Your attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service will contribute to the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all food and beverage service areas
Assist with the setup and breakdown of various events and dining areas
Polish silverware, glassware, and other serving equipment
Support kitchen staff with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning tasks
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Monitor and replenish supplies in dining and kitchen areas
Collaborate with serving and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of operations
Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate channels
Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and cooperation
Adhere to company standards and policies at all times
Respond promptly to any spills or other cleaning emergencies
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a hospitality or food service setting
Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
