Job Summary:
The New Store Opening Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the successful launch of new salon locations. This role ensures all aspects of the opening process, from pre-opening preparation to grand opening events, are carried out seamlessly while maintaining brand standards and ensuring a positive customer experience. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, HR, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient store launches.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Opening Planning:
Develop and manage detailed timelines and project plans for new salon openings.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, HR, and design) and external contractors for store setup and readiness.
Oversee salon layout design, equipment procurement, and installation to ensure adherence to brand standards.
Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and compliance certifications for the new location.
2. Team Coordination and Training:
Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard salon staff for new locations.
Organize and oversee training sessions for new hires to ensure alignment with company policies, service standards, and brand guidelines.
Provide on-site support during training to address team queries and challenges.
3. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, equipment, and supplies.
Manage relationships with local landlords and property management teams to resolve any facility-related issues.
4. Marketing and Grand Opening Support:
Partner with the marketing team to execute pre-opening promotions, social media campaigns, and launch events.
Coordinate grand opening activities, including ribbon-cutting ceremonies, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the success of opening events and adapt strategies for future launches.
5. Operational Handover:
Conduct final inspections to ensure the salon is fully operational and meets brand expectations.
Transition the store to the operational team and provide support during the first weeks of business.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.
Experience:
