- Identify, research, and pursue new sales leads and prospects

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Sound understanding of marketing techniques and principles
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events as needed
- Experience in using social media platforms for sales and networking purposes
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
