Overview
The Talent Acquisition for Sales position is crucial for identifying and hiring top sales talent to drive the companys revenue growth. This role plays a pivotal part in creating and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with sales leaders, and ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will significantly impact the organizations success by bringing in high-performing sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage potential sales candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events(bulk hiring).
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the sales teams requirements and culture fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as staffing agencies and universities to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to proactively build a network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent and increase the companys visibility within the sales community.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new sales hires.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with a focus on sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top sales professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and required competencies.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources Management is a plus.
