Job Role:-

• Handle North Distributors & the sales Team.
• Responsible for primary and secondary sales to target set.
• Expand the geographical area of sales and make new dealers & sub-dealers.
• Ensure dominant brand visibility at dealers point, width and depth coverage, competition tracking.
• To contribute to various schemes launched by the company from time to time.
• To train new joiners and briefing the team and motivating them to achieve their assigned targets.
• Supervise and manage agencies, oversee day to day working and ensure complete updates in terms of reports and bill payments of vendors.
• Responsible for implementing the various plans for developing the brand.
• Establish the channel sales, Distribution and people management.
• Increase market share and reach out unexplored market segments.
