Role Description

The role requires an employee to work on Daily Chat / Booking /Exchange/ Attachment and Revenue as per the Target and demonstrates a clear understanding of policies and procedures of operation. This role required agent to have good GDS knowledge, travel geography & sabre, It complies with and applies policies and procedures appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Should have chat experience/ good typing speed.
• Candidate should have adequate knowledge of International Travel domain and GDS familiar understanding of travel Booking with Internet research skills for travel related purpose if any.
• Trained on TMS /OBE/GDS for new booking process (preferred)
• Advanced GDS experience (SABRE and/or Amadeus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Open to work 24/7 environment, willingness to extend the shifts as per process requirement if any.
